Millesimato, in contrast to Sansannée, indicates the single vintage from which the wine inside the bottle comes from. It has always been produced by an accurate internal selection of the musts, produced in a specific harvest. The main purpose of this wine is to enhance and told the most of the various peculiarities that each vintage has to express.

Organoleptic features
Fine and persistent pelage, deep straw yellow color with slightly amber nuances. The aroma has hints of freshly baked bread. The mouthfeel is widely structured and particularly enfolding.

The method
Winemaking
The harvest is entirely manual. The whole bunches pressing is soft with a traditional Coquard press, with fractionation of the various pressing phases and low grape/must yields. The alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place partly in steel tanks and partly in used French oak barrels with subsequent aging on its lees. The wine is then bottled for the second fermentation, without clarification or filtration

The box, made by a paper industry, will evoke the shades of the various labels, with the aim of helping customers during the exhibitions and above all in retail.
