Metodo Classico
Sansannée
Sansannée is a word that derives from the French language and reminds us how this sparkling wine doesn’t come from a single vintage but from the mélange of several harvests. Therefore a multi-vintage Metodo Classico Sparkling Wine, conceived through a variable blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which aims, as an essential prerogative, to demonstrate our qualitative consistency through a wine that symbolically contains all the stylistic characteristics of our work.

The method
Winemaking
The harvest is entirely manual. The whole bunches pressing is soft with a traditional Coquard press, with fractionation of the various pressing phases and low grape/must yields. The alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place partly in steel tanks and partly in used French oak barrels with subsequent aging on its lees. The wine is then bottled for the second fermentation, without clarification or filtration

The choice of packaging
A package for everyone
